Here is the thing no matter how upset I am about whatever might be the issue he still handles me with care. I’ve never had an issue that he hasn’t taken time out to deal with and find out what’s going on. He has been my go to insurance man for the last 3 yrs and I’ve only had 1 issue with all my policy’s and I have over 12 policy’s. Life insurance, Homeowner insurance, Renters Insurance. I don’t like being tossed around from person to person that’s my pet peeve if I created my policy with you, you are the one I want to deal with no issue with no one else it’s called building trust, building a working relationship and I want to deal with the top person to make sure all my policy’s are right and no mistakes are made that can cost me. Jason has an open door policy that’s what I admire his door is always open and you will be greeted with respect and treated with kindness and dignity. I can’t stress enough if he can deal with me that makes his customer service superior lol lol LBS I refer Jason’s business to EVERYONE that’s how much I trust him and his prices are unbelievable He insures my older children as well that’s who referred me to him my daughter.
