"I was a customer for over 20 years.I was in an accident 3 years ago not my fault. I have called for help to settle it but no one called back to help they only want to sell you products. I'm still waiting"

However, any decisions made about a claim and the processes to come to that decision are not handled by the local agent office and are not a reflection of the agency directly. Claims are handled by corporate. The office can and will act as a liaison to assist with understanding the claim or how coverage applies to a loss. I believe I located your profile and you have not been a customer in my office since 2021. I don't see any contact with the agency since that point. If you'd like I'd be more than happy to speak with you about the claim to see if there is any assistance that we can provide in this matter.
